Are your devices suitable for high arches and flat feet?

Yes, our devices are designed specifically for these issues, including both the orthotic insoles and all the EVA slide models available on our website.

Which conditions can your devices provide relief and well-being for?

For the most common foot conditions: flat feet, high arches (hollow foot), plantar fasciitis, and bunions (hallux valgus). For the latter, it is also possible to slightly reshape the slide to allow the foot more room (as shown in the video tutorial on our Instagram page). They also provide significant help for conditions related to the knees, back, and neck.

Can I insert my own custom orthotics into your slides?

You can, but ideally, it is not necessary. Our slides already feature a structure specifically designed by an orthopedic technician, which provides the support and assistance needed for postural well-being.

What happens if I have an issue with a product?

You can ship it back and exchange it for a more suitable product.
