Aequos System

The body is a unique, complex and imperfect machine. Through neurology and biomechanics we study the importance of the foot in the generation of problems to the muscles and joints, such as contractures, fatigue and back pain.

MECHANICS AND BALANCE

we keep

the movement in axis

The body is a unique, complex and imperfect machine. Like all machines it needs a mechanism to move, ours is the foot. The foot, in load, undergoes rotations that are transmitted to the other joints. Our joints work off the axis and wear out, or rather, wear out the cartilage that is the element that protects them, causing progressive and permanent damage. The AEQUOS system, through inclined planes, does not allow the foot to rotate under load, keeping in axis the movement between the joints. The result is to avoid as long as possible the wear of cartilage, the most precious element for our joints.

we increase

the support surface

The body is naturally unstable, too little surface support to have a good balance. As a result of this instability, our brain, which controls all of our functions, in order to keep us standing commands our muscles more, too much work, in order to maintain a better balance. The consequence of this effort is also a greater muscular contracture, especially at the level of neck and back muscles in the lumbar tract. The result is neck and back problems, combined with a lot of effort. The AEQUOS system increases the surface of the foot, improves the quality of balance and frees the brain from the need to contract the muscles.

Wen avoid

wear of
the cartilage

Through inclined planes it avoids the rotation of the foot under load, keeping in axis the movement between the joints. The result is to extend the life of the cartilage, the most precious element for our joints.

we Improves

The posture

The foot support allows the brain to feel a better balance. This involves an immediate change in body attitude that straightens the back and realigns the shoulders, perceptible as soon as we move

we keep

The pelvis aligned

Keeps the pelvis in axis by limiting the damage to the column. The pelvis in axis avoids to overload the column automatically improving the general posture, if our body is in axis and decontracted, many muscular and articular pains will disappear and the physical recovery will be facilitated

we prevent

Contractures

The higher support surface allows the body to have a better balance, freeing the brain from the need to contract the muscles. So no neck issues, no back issues.
