Shipping
Orders will be processed within a maximum of seven days from acceptance. In the event of shipping issues, the customer will be contacted directly by one of our representatives.
Shipping costs: Shipping is free throughout Italy. For international shipments, a flat rate of €12.00 applies.
Payment and Ownership: No shipment will be made until the full amount has been duly credited. The seller reserves the right of ownership until full payment is received.
Delivery Terms: Delivery times are indicative and calculated in working days. PLW excludes any liability for damages resulting from early or delayed delivery, whether total or partial.
Failed Collection: If, for reasons not attributable to PLW, the Customer or their designated carrier fails to take delivery of the products, PLW may store them and charge the Customer for all related costs incurred, after notifying the Customer.
Upon delivery by the courier, the Customer must verify:
- That the package is intact, not damaged or wet, and conforms to the standard characteristics of a shipping parcel.
- That the custom adhesive tape is intact and has not been tampered with.
- That the number of packages indicated on the waybill corresponds to the number of items actually delivered.
- Any disputes must be raised immediately with the carrier; otherwise, the product will be considered correctly delivered.
- If the package appears damaged or tampered with upon receipt, you must:
- Accept with reservation: The package is accepted, but before signing the document, the customer must write: “Accepted with right of reservation because the package shows the following anomaly… (describe the observed damage).” This allows for compensation if damage is found after opening the package.
- Reject the package: Inform the carrier that the package is unacceptable due to tampering and refuse the delivery.
If the customer fails to follow these procedures, PLW will consider the package as regularly delivered.
